What does a Professional Organizer do?

A professional organizer specializes in designing systems & processes that streamline every aspect of your life – from categorizing and labeling the food in your pantry to sorting and filing your important paper documents.

Our Professional Organizers allow you to be more productive and efficient during your day by saving you time, money and stress. When your space is organized and items are easy to find, you eliminate:  wasted time searching for lost things, wasted money accidentally buying duplicates of things you already own, and wasted stress worrying about how to manage all your stuff! 

How long will it take to organize my space?

Each organizing project and client is different.  The length of time your project takes to complete will depend on the size of your space, the amount of items in that space and how quickly we are able to thoughtfully edit through your items.

Do I need to be present during my session(s)?

That is up to you! During the editing/sorting process it is faster & more efficient if you are there to authorize which items we will be donating or discarding. However, if you are not able to be there, our professional organizers will edit your items for you by creating suggested piles for which items we recommend keeping, donating, or discarding (we will never remove anything from your space without your permission).  After the editing is done, we will finish out the project by categorizing, labeling and organizing your items!

Do sessions include organizing products?

No, all additional organizing products such as storage bins, shelving, dividers, boxes, etc. will be invoiced to the client. 

Additional organizing products are never required! We are happy to help you efficiently organize your space utilizing the items you already own. If you do decide to incorporate additional organizing products, our team will provide recommended organizing solutions based on your specific needs and budget.

Can I use Efficiently Neat’s services if I am not in KC?

Yes! We provide Virtual Organizing services that allow you to tackle the job on your own with the help of the Efficiently Neat Team. We also can arrange to travel to you and provide in person organizing help if needed. Reach out to us at hello@efficientlyneat.com for more information!
